Marinated Raw Drunken Shrimp
Marinated Raw Drunken Shrimp
About this item
Prawns cured in a blended marinade and served cold, the classic drunken preparation. The marinade soaks right through the shell so the meat comes away crisp and firm, with a savoury, lightly sweet finish that lingers. Because the prawns go into the cure fresh, the texture stays snappy rather than soft. Chill well and serve as a cold opener alongside rice or plain congee.
